At Birla Open Minds International School, the management has ensured that the teachers are abreast with the pedagogical changes in education. Teachers are given the required trainings from time to time for the successful execution of academics and give the students an overall development. Teachers with experience grow in all aspects. The management ensures that the teachers reach their expectations as well as of the school’s vision and mission.

  • Giving optimum feedback to the parents regarding the student’s performance and setting up expectations, also recording the levels of improvement
  • 0-2yrs in a reputed school with CAIE or CBSE curriculum
  • Graduate,
    Post Graduate,
    B.Ed,
    Professional Pre-Primary Teacher Training will be an added advantage
  • Excellent Communication and Comprehension skills
  • Willingness to connect and maintain a rapport with all students and the stakeholders
  • Subject Teacher (English/ Math/ Science/ Social/ Language/ Computers)
  • Subject specific knowledge and understanding of curriculum for transaction
  • Understanding of Grade level progression of subject and grasping levels
  • Nurture the student’s interest in every area of learning
  • Subject Specific activity learning to be planned
  • Feedback should be specific and remedial course of action to be planned if necessary
  • Interaction with parents to be point based and focus on learning plans
  • 2-4yrs in a reputed school / institution with either CAIE or CBSE Curriculum
  • Graduate, Post Graduate, B.Ed / M.Ed, Professional degree would be an added advantage

  • Understanding of specific board of curriculum and requirements
  • Planning and execution of learning based on the curriculum requirements and record keeping
  • Ability to understand the aptitude levels of each student in the specific subject and to guide as required
  • 4-6yrs of core subject related teaching either in a repurted CAIE or CBSE school
  • Graduate / Post Graduate with B.Ed / M.Ed, Subject specific professionally trained
